Description
A mid-century desk designed by Kipp Stewart and Stewart MacDougall for Drexel’s Declaration Collection, circa 1960’s with incredible form and presence. The desk features a solid, beautifully grained walnut top and frame with one single large deep file drawer on the right side, accented with original white porcelain ball knob, creating a striking contrast to the walnut wood and one smaller wide drawer on the left side, the desk is raised on sturdy tapered legs and is well constructed, crafted to last the test of time, proportions and wood grain is truly beautiful. The Makers stamp on underside (Declaration).
Condition Report: The beautiful wood finish shows well. The base is stable and sturdy; small repair, wood shows minimal wear.
